Palm Bellagio is one of its kind luxurious residential project which introduces first time Duplexes in the history of Chhattisgarh.The challenge was to create a brand for the project so that it could stand out in the market. The challenge was to suggest unique and effective marketing methods that will project it in a grand way and will help in generating enough leads to close on the sales units. The client’s initial thought was to launch it as a ‘Royal Project’ and we were supposed to deliver it in least possible time.
Multi-channelled advertising strategy right from Logo Design was planned. Concept and development was based on the ‘Sky Life’ -the main USP of the project. Photoshoot with the brand ambassador of the project was carried out under the supervision of Kcresst. Graphic designing and Walkthrough was developed based on the theme. A mobile version of the project was created so that people with smartphones could view the site with ease.
